PSDEZONE-516: Implemented --clean-up functionality for removing undefined content-classes from CMS.

Implemeted psdPackageRepository for --clean-up and --update-status options.
Replaced eZArchive for extracting ezpkg-files with PharData, because eZArchive constantly failed.
