* SASS-Packer now supports relative image paths and replaces them with static ones in the packed file
* The packer generates a 2nd copy of the origninal packed file which has a static filename
This could be useful for providing the css-file for external services.
path: example.com/var/cache/public/<siteaccess_name>_packed.css
